Mark Skinner joins Ancorite to develop the GRP & Plastics Pipework Business

With the appointment of Mark Skinner as Contracts Manager, Industrial Services, Ancorite is strengthening its presence in the UK industrial sector. Mark has over thirty years’ experience in the power, petrochemicals and chemicals industries and will focus on developing Ancorite’s GRP and Plastics pipework business from a maintenance/repair and supply and installation service basis.

Ancorite has supplied GRP pipework systems to the power industry for some years, with experience primarily at Drax, Eggborough, Cottam and West Burton. Mark brings wide experience of the chemicals and petrochemicals sectors where he has managed major projects and repair and maintenance services. Mark will be based predominantly in the north east, operating from Ancorite’s Middlesbrough office with a UK wide remit.

Mark has a strong customer focus and is looking forward to renewing his industry links in his new role.
