Back in September 2019, Ancorite Surface Protection revealed that it was working towards ISO9001 accreditation and this month, management is delighted to report that its first audit was successfully completed – and without non-conformances.
The successful operation of the Ancorite Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of ISO9001 has been achieved thanks to exceptional efforts from Health and Safety Manager, Liam Willingham. Liam has remained committed to Ancorite’s continual improvement, meeting international standards on quality management and quality assurance.
This achievement follows praise on a long-running project that has seen Ancorite placed in the top position of a multinational’s Health and Safety Performance League for five consecutive months.
Ancorite is delighted to have been acknowledged for its high attention to health and safety procedures, environmental management and scarcity of accidents/incidents on the project, whereby is has been working for the past two years to install screeds and flooring.
Managing Director, Andrew Cummings has commented: “We are delighted to end this difficult year on such a high note. Both news of the successful ISO9001 audit and the recognition received for our impeccable safety performance is representative of our dedication to maintaining high standards both in our operations and projects. I would like to thank the team for all their hard work in 2020.”
