Flooring work at Cité Marine on the Brittany Coast

Based in Brittany and Normandy, Cité Marine is a leading French producer of coated fish and prepared vegetables. In the summer of 2017, Ancorite was approached by French contractor, Sol Solution, to carry out resin flooring works at the Cité Marine food production facility at Kervignac, in Brittany.

Ancorite subsequently provided a team of craftsmen to apply the resin flooring. The work involved the application of Ucrete FL heavy duty polyurethane underlayment followed by the application of a Ucrete UD 200SR finish to the floor areas.

Ucrete UD 200SR is a heavy-duty polyurethane screed with a lightly textured protective finish. It is suitable for areas where food production takes place and provides a robust, hard wearing floor.

Ancorite’s team worked in collaboration with local French contractors and the flooring was successfully completed in Autumn 2017.
