Specialist Flooring Exported to Nigeria

Ancorite Surface Protection Ltd has been awarded a contract from PZ Cussons (International) Ltd, for the supply of specialist flooring, wall coatings and drainage equipment for the PZ Wilmar Ltd Palm Oil Refinery, at Ilupeju, near Lagos, Nigeria. The flooring forms part of the refurbishment of the company’s production facilities for margarines and soaps.

The production area flooring and coatings comprise a BASF Ucrete polyurethane screed and a Ucrete render for the coved skirting. The polyurethane screed provides a single layer, solvent free flooring which is recommended for food production facilities. A BASF Mastertop industrial epoxy based system has been supplied for the amenity and storage areas.

The consignment was shipped from Liverpool in mid-June, and docked at the Lagos Port Complex in August, for onward transportation to site.
